The London Borough of Waltham Forest is preparing to recommission its School Improvement Partner from 1st April 2027. This service will be to support schools in-borough to continue to be good or better. The provider will need to be able to deliver a suitably matched school improvement partner for all London Borough of Waltham Forest maintained schools including the specialist SEMH School and the Local Authority Pupil Referral Unit; deliver SEND improvement work, SATS moderation and monitoring and develop cluster-based working across the local area. The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking early feedback from potential providers to help shape our approach to the future commissioning of a School Improvement Partner (SIP). Your responses will support the Council to understand market capacity and capability, explore delivery models, and identify opportunities for innovation and collaboration. The information you provide will be used for planning purposes only and will help inform the development of the service specification and procurement documentation. This is not a formal tender process, but an opportunity to contribute to the development of a high-quality service. The deadline for completed responses to be submitted via the London Tenders Portal is 12 noon Friday 15th May.
