Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC) as lead authority, are inviting Tenders for the provision of aids and adaptation works across Warwickshire for the HEART Partnership. The Home Environmental Assessment and Response Team (HEART) is a partnership service between Warwickshire Councils that provide advice and assistance to deliver disabled adaptations and home improvements to keep homes safe, secure and warm. HEART assess customer needs and housing conditions and provide you with tailored advice and support on a range of issues including:• Home aids and adaptations;• Housing conditions, repairs and safety matters;• Benefits, grants or loans for essential building works.9The HEART service covers the Warwickshire area (Nuneaton and Bedworth, North Warwickshire and Rugby (North HEART) and Leamington, Warwick and Stratford (South HEART)) and is for owner occupied and privately owned properties (i.e. not Council owned or social housing).
