Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice - contract with Nordland County, Mosjøen Sixth Form College for the project Feeding Europe

Bodø 2024 intends to enter into a contract with Nordland County Mosjøen Sixth Form College - Arctic Food in order to implement the main part of the project Feeding Europe, which is part of the cultural capital's programme for Bodø 2024. A contract will be signed if no objections are registered with the contracting authority within ten days (calculated from the day after this notice is published). Lot 1: In the application Arcticulation, the project Feeding Europe is one of the main commitments in the cultural capital year. Feeding Europe consists of different sub-projects, with this contract being one of the sub-projects. In this project local food producers/restaurants/other food actors in Nordland will be mapped and a network will be established where these actors can meet and develop. It is prerequisite in the project that the work is carried out with close collaboration with the food and beverages subject in Sixth Form Colleges, and that it contributes to bring experience and competence to teachers and students. In addition students from other studies can be connected when relevant. The project will be part of the basis for the teaching curriculum for sixth form colleges in the years up to 2024 and beyond. The network in the cultural capital year will, in cooperation with the sixth form colleges, carry out various food events in different locations in Nordland County. The procurement will be made as a procurement without a contest in accordance with the public procurement regulations, section 13-4 b. Only school owners have the possibility to secure the close connection with the sixth form colleges that are in this project. As this is a central element in the project, it is out of the question that other actors can deliver an equivalent service.
