PAN2981 - Scaffolds - Supply, Erection and Removal

Description

Leicester City Council invited Tenders for the provision of scaffolding, including erecting and dismantling works. It is anticipated that such scaffolding will be required on the whole for the Authority's tenanted properties which are under the management and ownership of the Authority however it may cover other properties which are not covered under the management and ownership of the Authority. The types of properties where scaffolding will be required are covered within the Pricing Schedule. Properties are likely to be located within the boundaries of the City of Leicester however there may be instances where the location covers Leicestershire and therefore the Contractor is required to provide coverage in these areas also. The proposed Contract will be for two years with an option to extend at the Authority's discretion for a period or periods totalling no more than a further three years. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
