Description
Melton Borough Council requires the replacement of 19 existing pay and display machines located across off-street public car parks in Melton Mowbray. The existing machines were installed in 2012 and are nearing the end of their working lives. Current machines operate using the 3G network and are powered either by mains supply or solar power with battery storage. The Council is seeking a single provider to deliver a complete package covering the supply and installation of new machines, back office analytical support, contactless card payment processing, online payment support and processing, and reporting services, ticket supply, and ongoing repair, maintenance and servicing.
