River Clyde Homes are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to undertake Void Property House clearances and ad-hoc cleaning works for properties under our control. Lot 1: River Clyde Homes are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to undertake Void Property House clearances and ad-hoc cleaning works for properties under our control. The scope of the works will include, but is not limited to: Void Property House Clearances Standard Cleans Deep Cleans Trauma Cleaning Sharps Removal Common Area & Garden Cleans A detailed specification in relation to what is required for each work item is provided within the tender document attached. Most of the works will take place in very significantly cluttered Void properties. ‘Before & After’ photographs are required to be taken and provided to RCH on the completion of the works.
