GoJ-Translation, Interpretation and Transcription Services

Description

The Government of Jersey (GoJ), Channel Islands, is preparing to undertake a procurement exercise for the provision of Translation, Interpretation and Transcription Services for the benefit of a number of GoJ Departments. Prior to undertaking a formal open tender process, and to ensure that the proposed requirements and specifications accurately reflect current market capabilities and industry best practice, it was decided to conduct a Request for Information (RFI) exercise. The purpose of this RFI is to gain a better understanding of the services, solutions, and delivery models currently available in the marketplace, and to assess whether the requirements identified by the departments can be effectively met by potential suppliers. Responses received will be assessed and shall determine the most appropriate procurement route to take, including whether to proceed with an open tender or establish a framework agreement.
