Gap Analysis of Earned Value Management Systems in Use by Operators Under the Nuclear Decommissioning Assistance programmes (NDAP)

Description

The subject matter of the contract is to assess the Earned Value Managements Systems (EVMS) put in place by the 3 decommissioning operators under the Nuclear Decommissioning Assistance Programme (NDAP), to establish a gap analysis against the standard ISO 21508:2018 and to provide recommendations for introducing an auditable earned value management framework. The objectives of the study are: I. Establish a gap analysis of the EVM processes in the NDAP compared to the requirements of the standard ISO 21508:2018; II. Identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement of the NDAP EVM systems; III. Define a benchmark against a selection of other programmes implementing EVM systems, including the EVM system for F4E; IV. Provide recommendations in view of introducing an auditable EVM framework for all 3 decommissioning programmes within NDAP.
