DCC are seeking to appoint a consultant to complete the planning and development stages for the creation of motorhome overnight stay facilities across several sites in the county. Tasks will include site assessments, technical guidance (including flood risk), preparation of layout drawings, detailing of motorhome service points, preparation and submission of planning applications and consultations in relation to legal requirements (site licencing, fire risk and model standards).NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=150704. Enter your correct Organisation Name, address and Primary Contact Details. You will need to create the Organisation ID and User Name. Please make a note of the Organisation ID and User Name, then click “Register”6. You will receive an email asking you to “Click here to activate your account”.
