Description

Tensio framework agreement for excavation services for cable work in Trøndelag in the coming 2 years, with options for 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 year. The contract will be split between several tenderers. The contracting authority would like to enter into framework agreements after an open tender contest with excavation contractors in order to meet the contracting authority's need for excavation services. The framework agreements will primarily cover the ongoing need for minor excavation work and associated services in all municipalities in Trøndelag County. Parallel framework agreements will be entered into for each municipality, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable/qualified tenderers and suitable tenderers are received. When deciding how many parallel framework agreements will be signed in each municipality, the contracting authority will consider both the expected workload and the capacity of the tenderers who have submitted the best tenders. This is to ensure that the contracting authority's need is met at all times. The contracting authority will be free to choose the number of suppliers in each municipality. Figures from recent years show an annual need of approx. NOK 60 million. However the amount varies greatly from year to year, and it is not possible to estimate how the need will develop. This means that the total annual value of the framework agreements can be both considerably lower and considerably higher than the figures show. As regards the distribution between small and large assignments, figures show that 85 % of the assignments (in numbers, not value) have a value of less than approx. NOK 100 000.
