MI-CFT26-020 Provision of Socio-Economic Valuation of Marine Recreational Fishing in Ireland

The Marine Institute invites tenders to this request for tenders from economic operators for the provision of specialist socio‑economic research services to deliver an evidence‑based valuation of marine recreational fishing in Ireland. This will include the application of recognised economic and spatial analysis methodologies to existing and newly collected data to estimate economic contribution, economic impact, and valuation across relevant fishing sectors, species groups, and geographic regions. The Services will also encompass supporting analysis, scenario assessment, and the preparation of clear, policy‑relevant outputs to inform sustainable management, planning, and decision‑making.
