Replacement of pre 1919 tenement ogee guttering including renewal of existing undercloak. Contractor design and specification all in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. The existing guttering to be replaced is GRP which is being replaced with powder coated aluminium gutters to match existing with non-lead undercloak including all final connections to existing internal/external down pipes, testing of all gutters and down pipes and all fixings.
