Project to extend and modernise the Konrad Adenauer Building in Luxembourg — lots 561, 562, 563, 564, 59 and 77 (technical lots, lots for interior work)

Description

The project to extend and modernise the Konrad Adenauer Building in Luxembourg involves constructing the extension to an administrative building over approximately 190 000 m2 and, pending a decision to be taken at a later stage, renovating an existing administrative building of 65 000 m2. This administrative complex will then accommodate all European Parliament departments working in Luxembourg. This contract covers the following lots: — lot 561 'Metal doors', — lot 562 'Steel-glass partitions', — lot 563 'Interior wood joinery — skirting boards — blinds — window breast coverings', — lot 564 'Interior blinds', — lot 59 'Fixed furniture — facing panels — movable partitions — glazing for interpreter booths', — lot 77 'Conference equipment'. The lots are indivisible. Separate contracts will be awarded per lot. Lot 564 — interior blinds: T1: interior blinds. Lot 77 — conference equipment: T1: conference equipment.
