Assistance with property valuations for property tax

The assignment will consist of general valuations of all properties with the exception of the residential properties that the municipality has a housing value for from the Norwegian Tax Authority. The services must comply with recognised and accepted valuation methods, and must be carried out in accordance with the laws, court decisions, and incorporated practice for valuations for property tax purposes. The contracting authority Lillestrøm Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of assistance for property valuations for property tax.
