Description

Nordre Follo municipality will enter into parallel framework agreements for the purchase of electrical services, including materials. The assignments may include all of the municipality's property portfolio. The property portfolio includes schools, nurseries, care homes, nursing homes, hospitals, sports and swimming facilities, water and sewage stations, housing and office and cultural buildings. The purpose-built buildings in Nordre Follo municipality have a volume of approx. 340,000 m2 divided across approx. 200 buildings, and we have approx. 900 rental properties. Lot 1: The framework agreement will consist of ongoing maintenance, as well as major and minor projects, which generally do not involve multiple disciplines. The contract may also include smaller renovation projects, where several disciplines may be included and one of the parties carries out coordination. The assignments under the framework agreement may consist of: - Service, maintenance, repairs, replacements or installations for internal and external heavy current systems. External heavy current systems are in this context defined as electrical installations, except road lighting connected to the distribution network. - Reconstruction, expansion and replacement of electrical distributors - Installation, welding and repair of fibre cabling, multi-mode and single-mode, - Automatics for building technical plant and automatics for water and sewage technical installations - Installation, alteration and expansion of data dispersion network - General troubleshooting - Low current installations There can be a need for assistance with minor engineering design work etc.
