Provision of minor works and maintenance services, carrying out improvements to domestic, commercial and communal properties. Lot 1a: Kitchens and Bathrooms (West) Replacement kitchen and/or bathrooms with partial rewire. To include smoke detection system to LD2 standard. Different types of shower and bath set up including cloak rooms and wet rooms. Both bathroom and kitchens to be a complete finished items with wall and floor finishes. Lot 2b: Windows and Doors (East) Replacement windows and/or doors to domestic houses to Fensa/BS standard. Lot 3a: Roofing (West) Replacement pitched roofing to domestic households and flat roofing to current BS standard/building regulations. Includes facia’s, soffit, barge boards, downpipes and gutters etc. Pitched roof coverings anticipated (slate, rosemary, concrete etc) and replacement/installation of loose lay insulation to current building regulations. Lot 3b: Roofing (East) Replacement pitched roofing to domestic households and flat roofing to current BS standard/building regulations. Lot 4a: Hard Landscaping (West) Repairs or replacement for block paving, tarmac, concrete or other appropriate material to car parks, pathways, driveways and communal grounds. Lot 4b: Hard Landscaping (East) Repairs or replacement for block paving, tarmac, concrete or other appropriate material to car parks, pathways, driveways and communal grounds. Lot 5a: Fencing (West) Installation of concrete post and panel, wood and occasional metal fencing to domestic or communal properties at front and or rear. Includes front, back and ginnel gates. Shrubbery removal required including occasional tree. Lot 5b: Fencing (East) Installation of concrete post and panel, wood and occasional metal fencing to domestic or communal properties at front and or rear. Includes front, back and ginnel gates. Shrubbery removal required including occasional tree. Lot 6a: Cyclical Painting and Decorating (West) External painting at schemes and dwellings e.g. facias, windows frames, metal railing. Internal painting and decoration of communal and blocks including walls, ceiling, skirting, handrails. Includes making good plaster and refitting signage, frames, pictures etc. Lot 6b: Cyclical Painting and Decorating (East) External painting at schemes and dwellings e.g. facias, windows frames, metal railing. Internal painting and decoration of communal and blocks including walls, ceiling, skirting, handrails. Includes making good plaster and refitting signage, frames, pictures etc. Lot 7a: Electric Heating (West) Replacement of high heat retention (HHR) storage heaters to domestic properties including provision for new domestic hot water systems. Includes pressurised cylinders/storage cylinders including upgrade of consumer unit where required. Lot 7b: Electric Heating (East) Replacement of high heat retention (HHR) storage heaters to domestic properties including provision for new domestic hot water systems. Includes pressurised cylinders/storage cylinders including upgrade of consumer unit where required.
