Description

The contract includes Consultancy services for mapping of expenses in connection with resource-demanding services. The objctive is to ensure an optimum access to resources (revenue yield management). The value of the contract depends on the result of the mapping, as a "no cure, no pay" method of payment shall be implemented. The justification for contract award without a prior tender notice: The contract is not included in the range of application to the Public Procurement Regulations. Kristiansund municipality has learned that no other tenderers than Sødermann AS can provide the requested services in combination with the requested method of payment. The municipality do not want to use fixed prices or other terms that are not mainly linked to result. There is, thus, great uncertainty connected to the extent of the contract. Other tenderers are asked to make contact if they think they can offer equivalent services with the same method of payment.
