Diesel and Adblue, framework agreement.

Description

The contest is for a framework agreement for the procurement of fuel and AD Blue in bulk and/or card from a station network in the Hallingdal and Krødsherad region. Option: The scheme can also include the contracting authority's employees, currently approx. 60 persons. The value of the procurement is estimated to be: NOK 9,000,000 excluding VAT a year. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 42,000 000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume (and prices) can be both higher and lower, and in the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. In emergency cases and if the tenderer fails to deliver, the contracting authority can use another supplier for the delivery in question. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement. Framework agreement The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms. The contract period is from and including 01.06.2023 until and including 31.05.2025. The contract will automatically be valid for a further 2 years unless terminated by one of the parties. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer has established the necessary infrastructure including tanks, diesel cards, etc., by the start-up of the contract. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
