Through this procurement, Group Procurement [Konserninnkjøp], on behalf of the Sunnmøre Procurement Collaboration, would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with one to three tenderers, provided that there is a sufficient number of qualified tenders, to cover the ongoing needs of participating municipalities and organisations for interpreting and translation services of various kinds. The basic language for interpretation is to/from Norwegian. Lot 1: Through this procurement, the contracting authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with one to three tenderers, provided that there is a sufficient number of qualified tenders, to cover the ongoing needs of participating municipalities and organisations for interpreting and translation services of various kinds. The basic language for interpretation is to/from Norwegian. The municipality offers services to its residents throughout their lifetimes. The need for interpretation and translation services can potentially arise in any interaction between the municipality and its residents. Most meetings requiring an interpreter can be planned and carried out during normal working hours, but the municipality must also take care of emergency functions, for example within child welfare and health services, where the need for an interpreter may arise without warning. Tenderers must provide a 24-hour emergency response service. Tenderers should offer a user-friendly ordering system for interpretation and translation services. The users of the agreement must be offered training in the use of the system. Users must also be offered user courses for interpreters and any other training that will enable them to book the correct interpreter for each assignment.
