Description

The contest is for a contract for individual 24 hour housing and welfare services for a service recipient with extensive service requirements within environmental therapeutic services. The service recipient requires close support and structure in everyday life for maintaining a good quality of life. The contract value is estimated to: NOK 10 000 000 excluding VAT a year. The value must be considered as an estimate and it is not binding. Refer to the procurement documents for further information. Lot Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR Section 19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract. Contract The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms. The contract that is signed will come into force on 20 January 2021. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one (1) supplier. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
