The service will provide an evidence-based service for behaviour change and stop smoking that is accessible across Norfolk. This procurement is being undertaken under the Competitive Process of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 This is a procurement under the Provider Selection Regime and there are no specific notices that relate to this regime. The notice refers to the Light Touch Regime which is incorrect as this is a notice for the Competitive Process under the Provider Selection Regime 2023. The contract is for 3 years and is not a framework agreement. This procurement notice has been authorised by the Head of Complex Transactions and Sourcing and no conflict of interests have been noted for this procurement exercise.
