Hull City Council has appointed suppliers with relevant experience and ability with sufficient capacity to deliver equipment and service solutions for events within the City of Hull. This contract will allow Hull City Council to host a wide range of events throughout the calendar year. The following lots have been awarded: Lot 2- Tables, Chairs and Marquees - Emik Ltd t/a All Occasions Lot 4- Lighting Sound and PA equipment- HPSS Ltd Lot 5- First Aid Provision - St John Ambulance. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Barriers, Signage, and Concrete blocks Hull City Council has invited tenders from suppliers with relevant experience and ability with sufficient capacity and availability to provide barriers, signage and concrete blocks for events held throughout the city. The aim of this contract is to support the Authority’s requirements to host a wide range of events. The successful supplier, as well as supplying equipment required as needed by the Authority, shall be required to supply equipment for key events that recur each year and any new events that may be added throughout the term of the contract. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Tables, Chairs and Marquees Hull City Council has invited tenders from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity and availability to provide tables, chairs and marquees for events held throughout the city. The aim of this contract is to support the Authority’s requirements to host a wide range of events. The successful Supplier, as well as supplying equipment required as needed by the Authority, shall be required to supply equipment for key events that recur each year and any new events that may be added throughout the term of the contract. Current key events are listed below, these are subject to change. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Single Unit Portable Toilets Hull City Council has invited tenders from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity and availability to provide toilets for events held throughout the city. The aim of this contract is to support the Authority’s requirements to host a wide range of events. The successful Supplier, as well as supplying equipment required as needed by the Authority, shall be required to supply equipment for key events that recur each year and any new events that may be added throughout the term of the contract. Lot 4: Lot 4 - Lighting, Sound and PA equipment Hull City Council has invited tenders from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity and availability to deliver lighting, sound and PA solutions for events held throughout the city. The aim of this contract is to support the Authority’s requirements and other partnering organisations such as Hull Culture and Leisure (HCAL) to host a wide range of events. The successful Supplier, as well as supplying equipment required as needed by the Authority, shall be required to supply equipment for key events that recur each year and any new events that may be added throughout the term of the contract. Lot 5: Lot 5 - First Aid Provision Hull City Council has invited tenders from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity and availability to provide First Aid provision for events under the proposed contract. The aim of this contract is to support the Authority’s requirements to host a wide range of events. The successful Supplier, as well as supplying services required as needed by the Authority, shall be required to supply services for key events that recur each year and any new events that may be added throughout the term of the contract. Lot 6: Lot 6 - Accommodation Units Hull City Council has invited tenders from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity and availability to provide accommodation units for events held throughout the city. The aim of this contract is to support the Authority’s requirements to host a wide range of events. The successful Supplier, as well as supplying equipment required as needed by the Authority, shall be required to supply equipment for key events that recur each year and any new events that may be added throughout the term of the contract.
