The purpose of this procurement specification is to acquire an audio-video specialist to supply a Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) platform that ensures seamless communication, collaboration, and meeting experiences with the Councils existing MTR platform. The solution should provide high-quality video conferencing, audio clarity, ease of use, and integration with Microsoft Teams software. The solution should cater for a modern conference room environment for hybrid meetings for both in-room and remote participants. The in-room user experience should be cableless and provide meeting room occupants with the ability to cast to the room screen wirelessly for onsite room only and Teams hybrid virtual meetings.
