Description
The Norwegian Mapping Authority, Hydrographic Service [Kartverket Sjødivisjonen (KVSD)] needs to upgrade the echo sounder on its vessel Hydrograf, as this is nearing end-of-life with limited access to spare parts, and therefore unsafe operation, and presumably impaired performance due to age. Lot 1: The echo sounder on Hydrograf is used as a supplement to the echo sounders on the two monitoring vessels Lomvi and Havelle. The echo sounders on the monitoring vessels have a specified range down to 600 metres, and down to 2000 metres when supplemented by Hydrograf's echo sounder.
