The NESPT wishes to appoint a suitable qualified Evaluation consultant to devise and undertaken the Evaluation of the Portsoy Marble Creative Hub Project. Lot 1: This project involves the repair of two historic buildings and their conversion into the Marbles Creative Hub. The buildings involved are the Marble Warehouse and Marble Workshop located at the Old Harbour in Portsoy, Aberdeenshire. The Marble Warehouse, or Corf House, is category A listed. It was designed by John Adam and built in 1765. The Marble Workshop dates from the mid eighteenth century and is category B listed. The NESPT wishes to appoint the services of a consultant to produce and implement an Evaluation Plan & Report for the Marble Creative Hub Project, Portsoy.
