Description
MHS Homes require a contractor to carry out all reactive repairs and replacements of drainage and cold-water mains within mhs homes properties: Dwelling houses, bungalows, flats (including sheltered blocks and foyers) and communal (external & internal) and estate areas. Medway and outlying areas, Maidstone, Gravesham and Dartford, Tonbridge and West Malling. Lot 1: To carry out all reactive repairs and replacements of drainage and cold-water mains within mhs homes properties: Dwelling houses, bungalows, flats (including sheltered blocks and foyers) and communal (external & internal) and estate areas. Medway and outlying areas, Maidstone, Gravesham and Dartford, Tonbridge and West Malling. This is a 3 year contract with the option of extending for a further 2 years (1+1)
