Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority's need for white and brown goods and small electrical appliances in a qualitative and cost efficient manner. This includes both expected and arising need for this type of products, while also focussing on moderation and control of the consumption. The framework agreement must safeguard good cooperation with a loyal and strategic collaborating partner with good knowledge and experience such as the continuous ability to deliver in accordance with the objective of the framework agreement. Central focus areas for the framework agreement are, amongst others, reduced environmental impact, optimisation and standardisation of the assortment, management of consumption and procurements through cataloguing and analysing work. Lot 1: The tenderer must, in accordance with the framework agreement, deliver white and brown goods and small electrical appliances for the following overall product groups: • White goods (MDA) • Brown goods(SDA) — Computers • Other (consumer electronics, entertainment, camera and equivalent products) The tenderer must also provide associated services such as moving the goods to locations, installation and assembly, c.f. Annex D. See further details on the delivery scope of the framework agreement in point 1.7 in Part II of the general contract provisions. Emphasis is put on the fact that the products in Annex D only represent volume products for use in the competition. The framework agreement that will be signed will have an estimated total value of NOK 60 million excluding VAT, including options for extension. The estimate is based on previous figures and/or anticipated future use according to the contracting authority's best knowledge. Users FD, FMA, FB and NSM shall not enter into the framework agreement for the purchase of tablets. The Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (Norwegian: FFI) shall not enter into the framework agreement for the purchase of PCs. The Norwegian Police and the Norwegian Police Security Service (Norwegian: PST) shall not enter into the framework agreement for the purchase of products in the category ‘Data’ (‘Computers’). The estimate is not intended to be either an upper or lower limit for what can be taken from the framework agreement, and does not involve obligations pertaining to call-offs or purchasing. The concrete call-offs are dependent on the users changing need during the framework agreement period. These may vary in particular depending on completed exercises, placements etc. in the contract period.
