Media Liaison and Communication Services for the Citizens' Assemblies

This public procurement competition relates to the supply of Media Liaison and Communication Services for the Citizens’ Assemblies to the Department of the Taoiseach. It is expected that the Assembly will spend roughly 6 months on each topic, involving up to four weekend meetings. Typically, the meetings will be held every 4-5 weeks with the first expected to commence in late 2019 The Citizens Assembly is seeking the services of an experienced communications agency to: • Assist with the Assembly’s communication requirements in particular around the weekend meetings • Invite and manage media attendance at meetings where appropriate • Identify and utilise appropriate channels and opportunities to raise public awareness and understanding of the work of the Assembly; • Promote and raise public awareness of opportunities to engage with the Assembly such as calls for submissions • Provide 24/7 press office service to engage with the media in responding to queries on the work of the Assembly • Manage the Citizen’s Assembly digital presence (web and social)
