Description

Renfrewshire Council requires a contract for the licence, maintenance and support of its Information at Work Electronic Document and Records Management system. The system enables Renfrewshire Council to capture, manage, store, deliver and share business-process information, content, documents and records. A negotiated procedure was conducted in accordance with Regulation 6 of the Public Contract Scotland Regulations 2016. Circumstances in which a contract can be awarded without competition: 6.- (1) A contracting authority may award a public contract without seeking offers in relation to the proposed contract (b) where the works, supplies or services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator for any of the following reason (ii) competition is absent for technical reasons
