Lough Melvin AA screening/ HRA tender for Inland Fisheries Ireland on the PEACEPLUS funded FLOW Project

Inland Fisheries Ireland is seeking tenders from a suitably qualified consultancy with relevant expertise for the provision of services related to appropriate assessment screenings and habitats regulations assessments. Quotations from both Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland consultants are sought for Appropriate Assessment (AA) Screening and Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA) only. The appointed consultants will prepare reports for AA Screening and Habitats Regulations Assessment screening in accordance with the requirements of Article 6(3) of the EU Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC), the Habitats Regulations (2017), relevant case law, EU and national guidance and best practice. FLOW (For the Love of Our Water) is a cross-border project, funded by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
