Description

The scope of this project is to seek one or more service providers to deliver specialist technical advice to businesses in the form of an Energy Efficiency Support Programme targeted at SMEs which are registered as part of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) programme Hull Business Energy Efficiency Scheme (HBEES). The scheme commenced 1st July 2020 and is being led and administered by Hull City Council. The Service Provider(s) shall be expected to deliver high quality energy efficiency related specialist 1-2-1 advice to support SMEs in Hull. Advice shall be tailored to the individual needs of businesses. All businesses accessing the support shall be registered on the HBEES programme. Lot 46483: Lot 1 - Carbon Footprint Calculation The service provider shall work with the identified SME to calculate their current carbon footprint to assist businesses to understand their total carbon emissions resulting from their activities.See tender documents for instructions. Lot 46496: Lot 2 – Energy Policy Assistance The service provider shall design and deliver a maximum of 14 hours of intensive support to each SME referred focused on the business’ energy policy / strategy requirements that can be endorsed at the highest level of the business but one that all staff have responsibility for.See Tender document for information. Lot 46497: Lot 3 – Energy Management Gap Analysis The service provider shall work with the identified SME to understand how close the businesses processes are in relation to best practice, ISO 50001:2018. The support given shall look at how the business manages their energy and how closely aligned their process are to the ISO50001:2018 standard. See Tender documents for instructions. Lot 46498: Lot 4 – Energy Risk and Opportunity Register The Service Provider shall work with the identified SME to produce a register that identifies and records risks and opportunities facing different areas of business in relation their energy management.See tender documentation for instructions.
