UHL Areas 1, 2 and 7. The works relate to the proposed development and extension to the UHL Blood Sciences Department at Areas 1, 2 and 7. The proposed works at Areas 1 and 2 comprise of the construction of 2no. first floor extensions (180m2 and 130m2) over single storey sections of the existing 1990's Phase 2 building. The proposed works at Area 7 comprises of the internal reconfiguration (150m2) of the existing first floor layout.
