Description

The framework agreement will include winter maintenance, i.e. both snow clearing and gritting. The objective of the agreement is to ensure the inhabitants of Sola municipality have secure and good driving conditions. The contracting authority has a total of 5 snow clearing routes. The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend this for a further 1 year + 1 year, totalling 4 years. The options will be automatically taken up unless the contracting authority gives notification otherwise at the latest 3 months before the contract or option year expires. The anticipated commencement of the contract is 14.10.2019. The estimated value of the contract is approx. 1 500 000 NOK excluding VAT per year, totalling 6 000 000 NOK excluding VAT, if all options are triggered.
