Ground Maintenance of Communal Areas within our Housing Stock to include garden works and soft landscaping, grass cutting, weed control, tree works, and general garden maintenance Lot 1: The work will comprise the upkeep and maintenance of communal areas and hard and soft landscaping within Linthouse Housing Association Housing Stock. As Hoc Repair Work will also be included within the duration of the contract as and when instructed by the association.
