Description

The procurement will cover the Norwegian Tax Administration's need for services for the transport and storage of objects that are seized to cover tax claims. When securing the Norwegian Tax Administration's claims for tax, duties and claims from other contracting authorities, the Collection Division will, in some cases, take out a lien on assets, cf. § 3-2 second and third paragraphs of the Mortgages Act, cf. § 7-20 second paragraph of the Enforcement Act. A lien deprives the defendant of possession of the assets. There will then be a need for transport and storage of these until the assets are to be liquidated to cover the claim.
