Wigan Council has established a framework for Construction Works in relation to Wigan Council's housing stock. The construction work will consist of new build and refurbishment works, however, the council reserves the right to use the framework for other more general requirements where necessary. The framework will run for a maximum of 4 years — initially for 2 years with an option to extend for 2 years.
