Design / Consultancy Services for The Society of St Vincent de Paul, Community Drop-In Centre

The Society of St Vincent de Paul now wish to appoint the following design / consultancy services for the Project; • Lot 1: Integrated Design Team Services. • Lot 2: Project Manager Services. The Lot 1 Integrated Design Team Services comprise the following principal services / disciplines and specialists; Principal Services: • Architect (Design Team Lead) • Civil/Structural Engineer • Mechanical and Electrical Engineer • Quantity Surveyor Specialists to include; • Grade 3 Conservation Architect • PSDP • Fire Safety Design • DAC. The Lot 2 Project Management Services comprise; • Project Manager The project comprises the development of a Community Drop-In Centre within the Mechanics Institute Building, Hartstonge St, Limerick to augment the existing St Vincent de Paul facilities located to the rear of the adjacent Ozanam House. The project also includes the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the ground and first floors of the Coach House located to the rear of Ozanam House. The project will be constructed in phases with the works to the Mechanics Institute Building completed first and the building handed over prior to works commencing on the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the Coach House.
