National Savings and Investments (NS&I) requires support from an agency for 3 - 6 months to create a full suite of validated and robust Service Blueprints. Throughout the contract, the supplier is expected to collaborate with the NS&I Service Designer (pending recruitment) to produce the blueprints. At the end of the contract, we require a full set of blueprints to be delivered and all materials and knowledge to be handed over to NS&I.
