The University of Edinburgh is conducting a procurement process to renew its current Hot Beverage contract. This contract covers the supply of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and all associated ingredients, as well as the provision, maintenance, and supply of related equipment and consumables. This contract covers the supply of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and all associated ingredients, as well as the provision, maintenance, and supply of related equipment and consumables. This Contract will primarily support the operational requirements of ACE (Accommodation, Catering and Events), a subsidiary of The University of Edinburgh, however, the University reserves the right to include more than one account to service other functions within the University. The Contract will cover commercial Retail Catering estate and the Conference and Events business, Catered Halls and any Ad Hoc business throughout the University across Edinburgh. This will be an ongoing requirement for the term of the Contract, with all locations procuring an increasing supply of coffee products to reach income targets. The procurement exercise was carried out in accordance with TUCO Hot Beverage through a mini-competition process.
