The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement that gives Rana municipality the opportunity to procure new and used printers, as well as a service and support agreement. Lot 1: Rana municipality shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the purchase of printers and a service and support agreement. A stable and secure printing service is important for Rana municipality, and this agreement must ensure this. The municipality aims at reducing the need for printing. We aim at reducing the number of prints per machine. It is also a goal that the total printer fleet is reduced during the agreement period. The framework agreement shall include the following: - The purchase of multifunction printers as described in the requirements table - Service and support contract. The total annual contract value is estimated to approx. NOK 10 million in the contract period (2+1+1 years).
