Author tool eLearning (qualification phase)

Norsk helsenett would like to procure an author tool to support eLearning in the entity. Lot 1: Good system support is important in all parts of the entity so that Norsk helsenett can deliver in all areas out in the sector. Norsk helsenett SF is a growing entity and needs efficient and obligatory training, and it must be able to offer self-developed professional courses to turn and increase competence in employees. The overall aims of the procurement is to automise and professionalise internal training, and, at the same time, give managers and employees a good overview of completed training. By procuring a tool to distribute and make our own digital courses, NHN would like, amongst other things, to achieve: - Automation of obligation training - Make our own goal-orientated courses to turn and increase competence - Measures for reaching strategic goals - Get an overview via reports and analyses - Attractive employer A tool for eLearning will be a long term investment that must see to future requirements regarding quality and efficient systems.
