Provision of IT Project Management Services

Screen Ireland is looking to appoint a company or individual to provide IT Project Management Services to assist in the agency’s digital transformation strategy. The transformation is envisaged to be in a number of phases. The first phase will involve a roll out of initiatives to improve operational efficiencies by the improvement of core IT infrastructure. The second phase will be a digitalisation of internal and external workflows and processes which will also lead to significant operational improvements and efficiencies. The successful tenderer will be required to evaluate and suggest improvements to the current IT systems and processes. They will also be required to manage the IT project portfolio through the selection and oversight of identified IT project investments. They will also need to supply some capabilities around internal IT operational efficiencies and management.
