NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is publishing this notice to inform the market that upon conclusion of the procurement which was related to delivering primary medical services at the Willow Bank GP Surgery in Stoke-on-Trent and its branch surgery located in Longton (under the APMS contract), Stoke-on-Trent Clinical Commissioning Group (referred to as the Commissioners from this point onward) has now selected and appointed a service provider. Information about the successful service provider can be found in this notice below. As a result of the procurement the proposed contract for the provision of primary medical services for Willow Bank GP Surgery with the information provided below has now been awarded to an organisation named ‘Adderley Green Medical Services Ltd’.
