Description

Construction of new highways "Roads 9, 15, 17 & 18" at the Barking Riverside site inclusive of all associated drainage, mains services, footpaths, landscaping etc. Lot 1: The works comprise the construction of new adopted highways named Roads 9, 15, 17 & 18 at the existing Barking Riverside development. The construction works include the provision of all required mains services and drainage beneath the road, and all associated hard and soft landscaping works required. Additional information: The works are funded by Homes England grant. The payment terms under the JCT 2016 Intermediate form of contract under which the works are envisaged to be contracted will be 60 days from the due date of each interim payment application
