Description

Framework agreement for the supply of environmental decontamination and water purification products, services and relevant accessories to NHS Supply Chain depots via the Stocked route or direct to customers via the Edirect/Direct route to market. The ranges of products available under the framework agreement include; Fogging/misting, and UVC machines, air purification systems, patient segregation bays, healthcare water treatment systems, water filters, capital filtration, services and any consumables. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of £12,250,000 to £26,500,000 in the first year of the framework. Pre-market engagement for this requirement was carried out under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) and is referenced in Prior Information Notice (2024/S 000-038759) This Tender Notice replaces the F02 notice (2025/S 000-036337) which was issued in error due to selection of the incorrect notice type. To ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 procedural requirements, this notice is being reissued as a new procurement. Lot 1: Misting/Fogging or Aerosol Disinfection Machine To include but not be limited to fogging machines servicing and relevant accessories. Lot 2: Mobile Ultraviolet Light Disinfection Equipment/Fixed Ultraviolet Light Disinfection Equipment To include but not be limited to Ultraviolet disinfection systems (UVC) servicing and relevant accessories. Lot 3: Patient Segregation Bays To include but not be limited to patient segregation bays servicing and relevant accessories Lot 4: Air Purification Systems To include but not be limited to air handling and purification machines servicing and relevant accessories. Lot 5: Managed Decontamination Service To include but not be limited to the provision of decontamination services. Lot 6: Healthcare Water Treatment Systems To include but not limited to disinfection systems for water treatment.
