Description

The Government of Jersey is inviting tenders for the delivery of a centralised Clinical Data Repository (CDR) and real-time data platform as part of its Connecting Health digital transformation programme. The requirement brings together the Get Care Connected (IP2) and Get Smart (IP4) investment packages and will establish the core data and interoperability capabilities needed to support a more connected, coordinated and digitally enabled health and care system. The successful supplier will be required to deliver both a centralised CDR and a platform compliant with openEHR standards and architecture, supporting real-time access to clinical information, interoperability across health and care systems, improved continuity of care and future analytics and digital capabilities. The solution will be expected to support open standards, portability, supplier independence and integration with existing Government of Jersey and healthcare technology environments. The Government of Jersey is seeking a single supplier to deliver the overall requirement, although joint bids, partnerships and Special Purpose Vehicles will be accepted where appropriate. The anticipated contract term is five years, with the option to extend by up to a further two years. Keywords: openEHR, Clinical data repository
