Estates Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services

Slough Borough Council is inviting tenders for the provision of Estates Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services to communal blocks and estates across the borough to ensure that communal areas are kept clean and tidy, are free of litter and graffiti, and are maintained to a specified standard and that the estates are a clean and pleasing environment for our residents to live. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in February 2026. The contract will be for an initial period of three years with an option to extend for a further three years (3+3). Cleaning providers must be suitably experienced and hold relevant ISO standards. The Council expects the successful provider to deliver an excellent level of service and develop a good working relationship with the Council over the contract duration.
