Upgrading of existing websites - Delivery of a CMS platform with accompanying services

The procurement includes * One (1) suitable content management system (CMS) * Redevelopment of websites in the CMS (redevelopment project) – based on specifications and drafts from the Climate Department [Klimaetaten]. * Hosting, technical operations and maintenance of websites, including support and troubleshooting * System training * Project management * Developing/programming of new functionality or further development of the existing functionality * Other consultancy services necessary to ensure that the websites are user-friendly and of high quality suitable to the needs of the department See the requirement specifications in Annex 3 for detailed information on the services that are included in the procurement. Lot 1: The Climate Department [Klimaetaten] will upgrade its existing websites. The procurement includes the delivery of a Content Management System, hereinafter referred to as CMS. The system will be delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS). The service will be delivered such that the Contracting Authority does not need to install, update and maintain local software. Hosting, operation, maintenance, training and consultancy will be accompanying services in order to ensure that the CMS platform functions as intended. The services are regulated as an SSA-L contract. The value of the SSA-L contract is set at up to NOK 800,000 excluding VAT. Upgrading of the existing websites for the Climate Department is also a part of the procurement, hereinafter referred to as the redevelopment project. The redevelopment project will be delivered in accordance with the drafts/architecture system described in the tender documentation, The reconstruction project and other potential further development projects during the contract period are regulated as an SSA Framework Agreement. The value and maximum financial ceiling of the framework agreement is set at NOK 2.8 million excluding VAT. Of this, the redevelopment project has a further financial framework of NOK 2 million excluding VAT. An SSA-T contract will be awarded for the redevelopment project, and may also be used for other development assignments of up to NOK 800,000 excluding VAT during the contract period. Contracts will be signed with one tenderer.
