The Swansea University Dylan Thomas Prize (SUDTP) is seeking a PR agency specialising in PR for international literary prizes and with HE experience, to work with the SUDTP Board, the Director of the SUDTP and the Associate Director, Strategic Communications and associated teams, to in year 1:• Deliver a targeted, international, and UK PR campaign for the 2025 edition of this prestigious award, focussing on the key moments of the longlist and judging panel announcement (January 2025), shortlist announcement (March 2025) and winner announcement (15th May 2025).The SUDTP wishes to build on its already global reputation by enhancing its profile in 2025, as well as promoting the educational work of the SUDTP to key stakeholders in Wales, the UK and internationally.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
