Vågan municipality hereby invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework for the delivery of office furniture and other office accessories. One contract will be signed for the entire municipality. The contract will be valid for 24 months with an option for (1+1) year. The attachment to the tender documentation is the price sheet. The price sheet comprises a front page, 7 tabs with products and 2 tabs with explanations. Please read the pages with explanations carefully. Lot 1: The procurements includes: - Ordering, delivery, and transport of office furniture and other office accessories delivered to the user places in the units in Vågan municipality. An overview of addresses and locations is attached. All products shall be delivered to DDP Vågan municipality. - A dated product catalogue must be attached to the tender so that Vågan municipality can in connection with controls check if the reference prices and discounts in % are in accordance with the tender. Contract value / scope: The total contract value is estimated to NOK 6 million excluding VAT for a 4-year contract period, and a maximum value of NOK 7.5 million excluding VAT. The high maximum purchase is due to indications of price increases. The figures are based on historical data and the contracting authority's expected future need.
